Refund policy

Was your item received with damage or defects?  Did you order too many?  Was the price better elsewhere?  Please let us know!  Most problems can be easily fixed, and we price match wherever possible.

Any physical damage on delivered items must be reported within 48 hours.  

Furniture, heavy freight and specialty items can be subject to freight charges.  Please note, heavy freight items cannot be returned without incurring a restocking fee, and a shipping charge for the return.  Returned items due to customer error must be approved.  Packaging on these items must be intact and unopened to be approved for return unless item is defective.
